Before testing your Seasonal CMA, review the email and SMS templates you will be sending. Update the content so it reflects your local market, the current real estate environment and the season of the campaign.

Before you start

You must be logged in as an Admin or Owner of the account.

· Spring – use the Spring CMA templates

· Summer – use the Summer CMA templates

· Autumn – use the CMA Welcome templates

· Winter – use the Winter CMA templates

1. Open Templates in the Engine Room

Go to Engine and open Templates. This is where the email and SMS templates used for the Seasonal CMA are managed.

Engine Room: open Templates to manage your Seasonal CMA communications.

2. Find the correct CMA email template

In the Email templates, search for “CMA”. Locate the template for the season you are preparing. For example, for Spring select the Spring CMA welcome email and click Edit.

Search for CMA and choose the email template for the correct season.

3. Update the email image

Inside the Template Editor, select Edit on the image. Use Pick Image to choose an image already uploaded, or upload a new image. Select the image you want to use and save the widget settings.

Use the Image widget and Pick Image option to update the seasonal image.

4. Review the heading and main email copy

The heading generally does not need to change, but it can be edited if required. More importantly, review the body copy and update it so it suits your area and what is happening in the real estate market at the time of sending. Save each change and check the preview on the left.

Edit paragraph content in the panel on the right and review the live email preview on the left.

5. Review the call-to-action button

Select Edit on the button. You may change the Button Text so the call to action suits your campaign. Do not change the Button URL — the existing CMA URL must remain in place. Save the widget settings when finished.

You can edit the button wording, but do not change the CMA Button URL.

IMPORTANT: Do not change the button URL. Only change the button text if required.

6. Review the footer and save the email

Edit the footer text if required. When all email changes are complete, save your changes and close the email template.

7. Find the correct CMA SMS template

Return to Templates and open the SMS tab. Search for “CMA”, then locate the SMS template for the season you are sending and click Edit.

In the SMS tab, search for CMA and select the correct seasonal Welcome SMS.

8. Update and save the SMS copy

Edit the SMS wording in the panel on the right. Make sure the message is current for your market and season. Keep the existing personalisation fields and CMA URL in place, then click Save.

Update the SMS copy while retaining the required personalisation fields and CMA URL.
