The Global Search feature in LockedOn is a powerful (and super easy) way to find contacts, properties and templates from any section within LockedOn.
How to use Global Search
Click Search LockedOn in the top right of LockedOn. A full-screen search box will appear - and you can begin your search!
What can you search for?
You can search for clients / contacts, properties and templates using a variety of methods:
Search for clients by name, mobile number or email address
Search for properties by address
Search for templates by template name
Once you have found what you need, you can click on the item to view in full.
Features within Global Search
Contact details and other information are shown right in the Search - and you can also send marketing or jump right to specific sections by clicking the arrow to the right of the search result.
More detailed (section specific) searching & filtering
The Global Search is a quick and easy way to complete common searches from anywhere within LockedOn - however, it will only bring up the top 5 matches to your search words. For this reason, clients and properties may require a more specific search which can be done from the independent search bar in each of those sections.
