LockedOn comprises a number of main sections - each serving a unique purpose such as maintaining relationships, completing tasks, configuring your agency, building resources and much more.

In this article we go through these sections - what they do, and how to find them.

The main menu

This menu contains the primary sections within LockedOn. You can navigate to the sections below using the main menu on the left hand side of the screen. Simply click where you need to go! Working from top to bottom, you will find icons for;

  • Dashboard - the home screen of LockedOn, containing data stats, anniversaries/birthdays, training and other details

  • Clients - The people you are working with or seeking to work with. Buyers, sellers, activity, notes, filtering options, bulk marketing etc.

  • Properties - all properties you are working with, or seeking to work with, and all associated information. Potentials, appraisals, listings, sales, activity, marketing details, bulk marketing etc.

  • Tasks - the scheduled tasks you have to complete today, outstanding tasks, future tasks, and the tools to complete them

  • Enquiries - where to process external buyer leads that are captured from websites such as Realestate.com.au / Domain, and any web forms you create

  • Calendar - view all appointments you have scheduled

  • Reports - produce agency reports based on custom criteria

  • Engine - where all the the systems, templates, procedures are created for your agency (visible to administrator level users).

Actions and Send

In the top right of LockedOn, you will see two buttons - Actions and Send. These buttons are contextual - meaning that the options under each button changes, depending on the section you are currently in.

The Actions button contains options to add, create or generate based on where you are in the system. For example:

  • If you are in the Clients section, you will see the option to Create a client, link a property, or add an offer

  • If you are in the Properties section, you will see the option to Create a property, Add an inspection, or create a stocklist.

The Send button allows you to send an email, SMS or letter (launching the Send to Many workflow) based on where you are and who you have selected. For example:

  • If you are viewing a client, click Send and that client will be loaded as a recipient

  • You have filtered your VIP client group, you can click Send and this list is locked and loaded ready for your to send targeted marketing to the entire list at once.

User & agency settings menu

In the top right of LockedOn, you will see your name, along with your agency name. This menu allows you to navigate to sections containing agency management and user profile settings, billing, and session management.

  • My Details - add / update your contact details, avatar, and other settings specific to you

  • Office Settings - administer users, teams, agency contact details, themes and settings (visible to administrator level users)

  • Accounts & Billing - view your subscription, update your payment method and view invoices

  • Lock account / Log off - suspend your session (just need to re-enter your password to unlock) or log out of LockedOn.
