The process of transferring / importing your data from your existing system to LockedOn

Transferring your data from one system to another may seem like a daunting process - the good news is, once you have the export from your current system, the LockedOn Team take care of the rest.

Preparing your data for migration

The first step is to export your data from your current system. Ask your current provider to email you an export of all of your current data. If you are using a basic system such as Excel / Outlook, simply provide these files (or an export) to the Support Team.

Moving your data to LockedOn

Simply provide this export file to the LockedOn Support Team via email to support@lockedon.com . The team will then process this as part of your on-boarding program. Easy!

I have a big email list - can I import this?

Generally speaking, we do not accept large email lists for the purposes of prospect marketing. While LockedOn has powerful email capabilities, it's a client care platform, designed for clean data - not an email spam system. For this reason, we typically don't accept email lists for import.
