A DNA plan is a group of consecutive tasks that you can set against a client or property file. But what if you only need to assign one individual task like a follow-up call or a general task.

Creating an individual task

  • Go into the appropriate client or property file

  • Click the green Actions button in the top right corner

  • Select Create Task - this will open a side menu from the right

  • Give this task a title ie Follow up call

  • Select the TYPE of task ie general task (reminder to do something) phone call, email, sms or letter.

  • Select the appropriate script or template from the dropdown box.

  • Select the date and time you want this task to be done.

  • You can set this task to repeat as often as you like for as long as you like

  • Add any additional notes to remind you precisely what the task is about and click the Finish button below the notes box.

  • Click the green Add Task button at the bottom of the side menu

This task will now appear in the Tasks tab of the relevant property or client file as well as appearing in your tasks menu on the due date.
