The LockedOn Caller ID feature detects incoming calls and matches the number with a contact in your LockedOn account. Enabling this feature means you can see who from your database is calling you, with no complicated sync processes.
Once you have installed the LockedOn app & logged in for first time, you need to give permission for LockedOn to be used for caller identification on your phone. Here are the instructions on how to enable Caller ID:
Enabling Caller ID on iOS
On your iPhone, click on Settings, then Phone, then Call Blocking & Identification
Under ALLOW THESE APPS TO BLOCK CALLS AND PROVIDE CALLER ID, enable LockedOn in the list of apps (ensure the switch is green, which indicate it is enabled).
This will enable Caller ID for your LockedOn account on your iPhone.
Enabling Caller ID on Android
Search and install the Google Phone app from your Google Play Store
Open the Google Phone app and a set as default button should appear. Click that button and caller ID should now be active.
No further settings are required for android and you should now have your clients caller ID activated.
