Assigning a solicitor to your vendor and/or purchaser requires you to select the relevant solicitor from a dropdown box. But what happens if the solicitor you need doesn't appear as an option in that box?
Like many dropdowns in LockedOn, the solicitor option is fully customisable (admin users only) from the Engine section. If the solicitor you need isn't appearing in the dropdown menu, it's likely that this particular solicitor hasn't been added and saved to the engine section.
If you are an admin user, please refer to the "Adding a solicitor" article here. If you are an office user, please ask an admin to set this solicitor up for you in the engine section.
