If you are having troubles saving or loading a particular page in LockedOn, the first thing to do is log out and clear your cache and cookies.
Log out of LockedOn.
If you are using google chrome, hold down the ctrl and shift buttons and click the delete button at the same time.
Ensure the Time Range is set to All Time
Ensure the Cookies and other site data box is ticked.
Ensure the Cached Images and files box is ticked.
Click the Clear data button.
Close and then re open your Chrome browser.
Log back in to LockedOn.
