How to set your enquiries to automatically process and create a client file.

Buyer management has never been easier with the introduction of LockedOn buyer automations. These automations cover everything from lead capturing, enquiry processing, responses all the way to updating buyer criteria via the buyer portal.

To start saving time, have an admin user change one simple setting to allow LockedOn to automatically process those enquiries for you.

  • Click your username in the top right corner.

  • Select Office Settings.

  • Go to the Settings tab.

  • In the section marked Enquiries, turn the Create Clients Automatically switch on.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the green Save Settings button.

That's it!! Any leads that come into your leads section of LockedOn will now automatically create a client file for that buyer.

Pair this up with the automated enquiry response trigger and the buyer portal triggers (see relevant articles) and you will never get bogged down with buyer management again!

Please ensure you have read and set up the "Lead Capturing" article for each relevant portal before turning on the processing automation.
