Birthdays are a great opportunity to connect with your clients and help strengthen and maintain your relationship with them. To help you nurture these relationships AND save time, LockedOn has created a fully automated Birthday Trigger which will automatically send a beautiful, personalised email and SMS to your clients, every year on their birthday.
To activate this feature;
Go to the Engine section of LockedOn.
Select the View All button under the heading Triggers.
Find the Happy Birthday trigger and select the Edit Trigger button to the right of it.
Turn the Active switch on in the top right corner of the side menu.
Click the green Edit Trigger button at the bottom of the side menu.
That's it!! Starting at 10am the next day, anyone of your clients that has a birthday saved within their client file will receive a personalised email and sms sent to them each and every year!
Should you wish to edit either of these templates, you can do so within the templates section of your LockedOn (see article Editing Templates for more details).
Please note: the triggers pack must be installed prior to activating the Happy Birthday Trigger. If you have not yet installed the triggers pack,
Go to the Engine section.
Select View All button under the heading Packs
Click the Install button next to the Triggers Pack.
