The digital pre-listing kit is an amazing tool that allows you to send your vendors confirmation of their appraisal appointment, provide them with information about you and your office, and allow you as an agent, to gain some valuable insight into their values and expectations.
You can now be automatically notified by email and sms when your client opens this digital pre-listing email AND when they complete the vendor questionnaire.
Open Notification Trigger
To ensure you receive both email and sms confirmation when your client accesses their digital pre-listing email, you must first activate the pre built trigger within your LockedOn.
Go to the Engine section of LockedOn
Click the View All button within the Triggers box
Find the trigger titled Digital Pre-List Kit - Page View
Click the Edit button to the right of this title
Turn the Active switch on (green) in the top right hand corner
Be sure to click the green Edit Trigger button at the bottom of the side menu.
Survey Completed Notification Trigger
To ensure you receive both email and sms confirmation when your client accesses their vendor survey from the digital pre-listing email, you must first activate the pre built trigger within your LockedOn.
Go to the Engine section of LockedOn
Click the View All button within the Triggers box
Find the trigger titled Digital Pre-List Kit - Survey Complete
Click the Edit button to the right of this title
Turn the Active switch on (green) in the top right hand corner
Be sure to click the green Edit Trigger button at the bottom of the side menu.
You can now go into the property file and see the responses your vendor has provided to the vendor questionnaire. These responses will offer you crucial insight into your clients expectations prior to your appraisal appointment.
To view vendor questionnaire responses
Search/Select address from Properties section
Click the Lifecycle tab. This will take you to the Appraisal tab automatically
Scroll down until you see the section marked Digital Pre-listing Gateway
Vendor survey questions and responses will appear below the link box
Please note: only admin user or account holders can access the triggers section of LockedOn.
