Now you can email copies of important property related documents ie contract for sale, to your inspectees in one swift click!

Uploading and Flagging Documents

In order for LockedOn to have access to the property documents and know which ones to send, you must first upload all documents to the relevant property file. This must be done from your desktop computer.

  • Search/select the relevant property address

  • Go to the Information tab of the property file

  • Select the Documents tab

  • Click the Upload Files button and select the relevant files from your computer

  • Drag the documents into the Contracts Public folder

Please note: you may have as many documents as you like, so long as it does not exceed the 10MB limit.

Sending from desktop

Once you have set the default and uploaded and flagged your documents, you are ready to send in one easy click!

  • Search/select the relevant property or client file

  • Go to the Activity tab and select the Inspections tab

  • Expand the downward facing arrow to the right of the Edit button

  • Select Send Contracts from the list

This inspectee will now be emailed all property documents uploaded to this property file that are on the Contracts Public folder

Sending from LockedOn App

Show your clients a new level of professionalism and efficiency by sending them the property documents while they are still inspecting the property!

From your LockedOn app;

  • Select the relevant property file from the Current Listings section

  • Slide the top tool bar along to find/select Inspections

  • Click the name of the client that has requested documents from the list of inspectees

  • Swipe the Press and Slide to Send button just above the Private notes section.

Your client will now receive an email containing all property documents in the Contracts Public folder

Please note: you must have checked the client into the inspection via the LockedOn app for the Send Property Documents option to be visible.
