Online marketing (blanket marketing) is a fantastic way to reach large numbers of people from all over the world at any time of day or night. There are however some situations that require a more targeted approach, while still providing the same visually beautiful, professional and informative online marketing. This might include marketing directly to your database (VIP preview or off market listing) or providing a marketing preview to your vendors.
What is a property micro site?
In short, a property micro site is a form of online digital marketing that is only accessible via its own private web link, which means you decide who has access to it. You now have the ability to instantly create a property micro site for every single one of your listings in one simple click without upload fees or wait times, all from your CRM LockedOn!
What does it include?
The property micro site features all of your company branding and includes;
all of the core property details (bed/bath/car, address etc)
marketing text
images
floorplans
virtual tours
property video
property documents
map
agent details
live contact form that syncs back to your LockedOn database.
Tagging property documents
In order for the relevant property documents to appear on your property micro site, you will first need to upload them to the property file. Please see article Uploading Documents if you have not done this yet.
Once you have uploaded your documents to the property file, you will need the system to understand which ones to show on the property micro site. To do this
Search/Select the relevant property file
Go to the Information tab
Select the Documents tab
Click on the downward facing arrow to the right of the document name
Select Flag Website
Do this for each document you want to appear on the property micro site. This will not upload the document to any other portal, only the unique property micro site.
How to activate the micro site for your listings
Activating the property micro site is quick and easy. Simply
Search/select the appropriate property file
Go to the Marketing tab
Turn the Ready to Market switch on
The unique LockedOn property micro site weblink will now appear below the button. You may click the Preview Property button to the right to see what this site looks like.
How to use it
Once you have activated the link to the property micro site, it will become the default web link for this property in all of your email marketing. That means that any email template using the feature property or property card widget will have a View Online button that when clicked, will take your client to this professional, informative property micro site.
If you do NOT wish for this link to be used for the View Online button, you can specify another web link via the marketing details tab of the property file. If this section is left blank, the unique property micro site link will be selected by default.
