Adding an appointment to your LockedOn Calendar

Ensure you never miss an appointment by adding it to your LockedOn calendar as you schedule it. You will be reminded on the day of the appointment via the Whats on today section of your LockedOn dashboard.

How to add to your calendar

  • Click the calendar icon from the vertical toolbar on the left of your screen

  • Click the Action button in the top right corner and select Add Appointment

This will open a side menu that is broken down in to several key areas. The first is the basic appointment details.

  • Title - Give your appointment a title

  • Start Date & Time - select a date from the calendar and enter the scheduled time

  • How long will it take - select a duration from the dropdown box

  • Notes - click the pencil icon to add any notes regarding this appointment ie documents to prepare and take with you etc

  • Be sure to hit the finished button below once you have entered your notes.

From here, you can start adding more specific details such as;

  • Office User - select which agent is this appointment scheduled for from the dropdown box

  • Related Client - select which client will be attending the appointment from the dropdown box

  • Related Property - select the related property from the dropdown box

  • Appointment Venue - enter the address at which this appointment will take place

Be sure to click the green Set Appointment button at the bottom of the side menu to save this appointment to your calendar.

You will then be asked if you would like to sync this appointment to any third party calendars.

Select your preferred external calendar to download the appointment. Once downloaded, you can then invite other attendees or set reminders, depending on your selected calendar options.
