Movinghub is a free concierge service which provides buyers a platform to connect essential services such as electricity, internet, gas and much more - and you will receive commission for any services connected by the buyer.
In this article, we will show you how to integrate Movinghub into your LockedOn account.
Create your Movinghub account
Visit www.movinghub.com/for-professionals to set up your free Movinghub account.
Copy your Movinghub Workspace Code
Your Workspace Code is used to connect LockedOn to your Movinghub account. You can find this code in Movinghub.
In Movinghub, click on Settings > Account
Under Workspace Details, copy the Workspace Code.
Connect Movinghub to LockedOn
Go to Engine > Integrations and click on Movinghub
Enter your Workspace Code in the field, and click Add Integration.
Refer buyers to Movinghub
Once the integration setup is complete, you can refer your buyers to Movinghub in one click from the Sales Advice section of your property.
Please note: A buyer must be assigned to the property before the option to refer buyers is shown.
Select a listing > click the Lifecycle tab and then the Sales Advice tab
At the bottom of your primary buyer for the listing, there is a Movinghub banner.
Click Send Referral.
Once clicked, the buyer's information will be sent to Movinghub, and the buyer will receive an email and SMS with details on how they can access the marketplace.
View Movinghub referrals and commissions
You can view the status of your referrals, along with commissions from these referrals, within Movinghub.
