LockedOn can create a customised A4 property brochure to use for marketing, or at your opens. The two-page brochure features all the important property marketing details - photos, descriptions, contact information, and a floor plan.
Note: The brochures will use the Short Summary text from the Marketing section. Please make sure you have a condensed version of your online text in this field before using the brochures.
Creating a property brochure
Click on Properties in the main menu
Click on the desired property
Click Actions, and then Print Brochure
Select your desired brochure layout, and click Generate and Download Brochure.
This will generate your brochure, and open the PDF in a new tab for printing or downloading.
Customising your property brochures
Brochure designs are based on your company theme settings - including colours and company logo. You can customise these settings in the Theme section of Office Settings.
