Vendor Reports are individually tailored PDF reports, summarising the campaign and showcasing the activities during a specified date range. Vendor reports show enquiries, inspections, contracts sent and offers, as well as summaries.

Creating a vendor report

  • Click on Properties in the main menu

  • Search for / select the desired property

  • Click on Actions, and then click Add Vendor Report.

Customising your vendor report

As part of the creation process, you can:

  • Set the date range of the report (start and end) - this will only show activities from that particular date range.

  • Write activity, inspection and report summaries - in these sections, you can write your thoughts on the campaign (e.g. great turn out on the weekend - had lots of groups through and the interest was great), discuss the marketing actions undertaken, and the plan moving forward - or anything else you wish to add. It's up to you!

  • The report will have settings below the summaries that allows you to control how the report will look when produced.

Once you have written your report, click Add Vendor Report to save it to the property file.

Viewing and sending previously created reports

Previously created vendor reports can be viewed under Activity, and then the Vendor Reports tab. From here you can choose to download and print a pdf version of the report to post or present to your vendor in person, or you can email it directly to your vendor.

Print Report

Select Download. This will open a PDF document. Whilst the look of this may vary depending on your PDF viewer program, there should be a print icon, generally along the top.

Email Report

Select Email Report. This will open the email template side menu which should default to vendor report template based on your office settings. The main body of the email contains the general summary whilst the detailed pdf report will automatically attach to the template for you. Click the green Send Email button at the bottom of the side menu to send.
