LockedOn does NOT automatically upload information to any portals. This means that any changes made to the property file MUST be manually uploaded. This is particularly important if your client withdraws their property from market.
Withdraw from portals
In the Properties section of LockedOn, use the search bar at the top of the list to search for the relevant property address. Click on the relevant property file.
Click on the Marketing tab then the Portals tab.
Here you should see a dropdown box market Advertised Status. Click this box and change the status to Take Off Market
Make sure you leave the portals below as Active
Click the orange Upload Property button to the right of the dropdown box.
Your listing should now be removed from all active portals listed in the portals tab.
