Once an offer has been accepted on your listing, it is time to link that successful purchaser to the property file.
Your purchaser should already have a client file assuming you have entered their enquiry, inspection and/or offer on the property previously. If not, please refer to the article Adding an inspection.
To link this purchaser to the property file, simply
Search/select the property address you wish to link them to in the properties section of LockedOn.
On the right hand side you will see a section filled with property and vendor details. Click the Add Purchaser button towards the bottom of this section.
Start typing the name of the purchaser into the drop down box. Select the right one when it appears.
Click the green Link Client button.
The client is now linked as the purchaser of this property. This will allow you to forward them important documents or emails regarding the finalisation of their purchaser using merge codes in your templates and letters.
