Gone are the days of manually taking a long queue of client details at the door of an inspection. Now, you can create a QR code for each of your listings, have it on display at your inspection and allow your buyers to check themselves in via their mobile phone camera.

Clients are required to enter their full name, contact number and email address to Check In and all of this data will of course sync right back to your LockedOn database.

To generate a QR code for your inspection;

  • Search/Select the property you need the code for.

  • Go to the Marketing tab.

  • Select the Opens tab.

  • Click the Generate Public Access button.

  • A code will now generate where that button was.

  • Click the Print PDF button that has appeared below this code.

  • This will open a new window with the pdf brochure. This brochure will have your office branding along with the property image, address and the QR code required to Check In.

  • A web link will also be generated at the bottom for any client who is having issues scanning the QR code itself.

You can then print this brochure and display it at your inspection ready for your buyers to scan and check in.

How clients check in

  • Open the camera on their mobile

  • Aim the camera lens at the QR code and click the link that appears

  • Fill in full name, mobile number and email address

  • Click the green Check In button at the bottom

For security purposes, we recommend all clients present confirmation of check in to the agent before entering the premises.

The client then just needs to click the yellow Check Out button when they leave the premises.

The full client details along with the property address and time of inspection will all sync back to your LockedOn database, keeping a full record in half the time.
