Under Offer refers to when a formal offer on a listing has been formally accepted by the vendor. The property may then be subject to a cooling off period before being considered unconditionally exchanged and awaiting settlement.

Once an offer has been formally accepted on your listing, you can update the property status to Under Offer both within your LockedOn database and online by following the steps below.

  • Search/select the relevant property file from the Properties section.

  • Click the Lifecycle tab then the Listing tab.

  • As you scroll down you will see a Pricing Guides section.

  • Within this section is a switch marked Under Offer.

  • Simply click this switch, turning it green to update the status to under offer within your database.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the green Update Listing button.

To upload this new status to online portals;

  • Go to the Marketing tab of this property file.

  • Click the Portals tab within this section.

  • The Portal status of the property should be left as Current.

  • Mark all portals you wish to upload this change to as Active on the list below.

  • Once you have confirmed the Upload Checklist is all complete, click the orange Upload Property button.

Please note; Uploading the property as Under Offer will simply place an Under Offer banner on the advertisement. It does NOT mark the property as Sold. The listing will remain in the current for sale list online until you upload the property as sold.
