The properties section of LockedOn can be customised to save time and suit each individual users needs. This is particularly helpful if you have both a sales and property management department within your office. Sales agents can elect to have only properties that are currently listed for sale appear when they enter the properties section. Likewise, property managers can elect to have only properties that are currently listed for rent appear in their default property list.

Setting Default Property Result Filter

  • Click on your Name in the top right corner and select My Details.

  • Go to the Settings tab along the top

  • Scroll all the way to the bottom to find the Default Property Result Filter.

  • Click the dropdown box and select your preference.

  • Click the green Save Setting button underneath.

The way in which your property data is formatted can also be customised to suit your individual preferences. There are 3 options to choose from;

  1. Card - Visual Option. Large property cards ( 3 per row) that include a large property image and key property details.

  2. Detailed - Smaller Combination option. Smaller property bars ( 1 per row stacked vertically) smaller property image and key property details.

  3. Row - Data focused list style format. No property images included, key property details shown only.

You may wish to test each of these out to find the best fit for you.

Setting Default Property View
