Buyer enquiries received from REIWA can now be automatically sent directly to your LockedOn account, allowing you to quickly process and follow up your leads and maintain records in one place.
Please note: only admin users will be able to access the following settings.
To get started
Click on your Name in the top right corner
Select Office Settings
Move to the Settings tab
In the Enquiries/Inspection section, turn the Enable REIWA Email Enquiry switch on (green).
Now that you have enabled this setting within LockedOn, you will need to link your REIWA profile to your LockedOn account.
Linking Profiles
Go to your LockedOn Engine
Select View All in the Integrations box
Find the allhomes.com.au box and click Enable Access if not already enabled.
Once enabled, an email address will appear in this box. Copy this email address before moving to the next step.
This LockedOn email now needs to be added to your REIWA account. To do this:
Open a new tab on your browser and go to https://members.reiwa.com.au/s/login/
Login to your REIWA account
Click Edit Personal Details on the right hand side
Select Edit Personal Details on the right hand side
Scroll down to the Email box and paste the LockedOn email address you previously copied, into this box "reiwa.com enquiries email” (do not add it to the training email box & leave your normal work email in the Email field)
Be sure to save this change in your REIWA account before logging out.
Email Notifications
Please note: only admin users will be able to access the following settings.
To ensure your agents are notified when new enquiries come into LockedOn
Click your Name in the top right corner of Lockedon
Select Office Settings
Move to Users tab
Click the Edit button to the right of the name of the agent that wants to be notified
Turn the Send Enquiry Notification switch on.
Do this for all users that wish to be notified of new enquiries (all sales staff)
