During your inspections, it's important to keep a record of exactly who entered the property and what they thought. The LockedOn app makes this quick and easy and offers two entry options.

Option 1 is the use of the QR code, allowing clients to check themselves in and enter their own details. Please refer to the article titled QR code for inspections for more details on how to use this option.

Option 2 is to manually enter your clients details via the same app. To do this, simply open your LockedOn app.

  • From your LockedOn app dashboard, click the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner.

  • Select QR Check-ins

  • Select the relevant property from your list of current listings

  • Click the Add Check-in button

  • Type in the clients mobile number in the search bar at the top or

  • Click the Searching by email address option and type the email address in the bar at the top

If the client already exists in your database, they will appear in the list of clients to select.

  • Simply click on their file and they will be registered as inspecting the property.

If the client does NOT already exist in your database, the app will tell you it is someone new.

  • Simply Click the Check In 04xx xxx xxx option to add them to your database.

  • Fill in all of the client details ie full name, mobile and email address along with an optional postal address.

  • Click the green Add Inspection button at the bottom.

This client has now been recorded as having inspected this property and will appear in the inspected list on your app.

If you wish to update this buyer's feedback or make private or vendor notes whilst the buyer is still inspecting the property;

  • Click on their name in the inspected list

  • Update the Inspection and Feedback section

  • Click the Edit Inspection Details button

If you would like to send the buyer important property documents such as contract etc, please refer to the Upload and Send Property Documents article.
